On HouzzPro’s side of things, the system was never updated and we were charged for services, that we did not agree to, in January and February of 2023. However, we were assured that we would not be renewed in December of 2022. Though we disagreed, we accepted it as it was part of the terms of service. At that time we were told that we still had to pay for the entirety of 2022.
